Professor Miller

3/26/18

The boy is told that he must get off the bench so he,

jogs to outfield,

one glove in hand and

with one hat that sits on his head, he

dances and twirls in place,

scavenges through the grass with his cleats, with

one smack of a bat, a

ball crawls to his feet, he

throws the ball in the opposite direction,

the enemy dash around

first base,

second base,

third base,

home.

The boy is happier on the bench.
